FAQ — Album Design Discussion and Approval

Having finished work on your photo album design, we upload it to your account and change the project status to “Done”. A letter will notify you about this. After that, you are to visit your account and check the album design.


If you like the design and want to neither change nor improve it, please click the “Approve Album” button. That will mean that you accept the album design and are ready to make the final payment for our services.


In case if you want to change, replace or delete something in album design that do not contradict with previously accepted technical task on the album design (your spreads layout and comments to them), you can describe those corrections in the comments field placed under each spread and click the “Rebuild Album” button. The album will be delivered to our designers in order to be reworked.


Note: Hundred Pics will remake album design only ONCE due to your wishes, which do not contradict with previously accepted technical task (your spreads layout with comments to each of them). Please pay attention that some of design solutions and effects are implemented due to chosen style of the photo album and cannot be changed. All your wishes and ideas that contradict with previously accepted technical task can be made only for additional costs. Advanced retouching services are also carried out for additional costs. All questions regarding additional corrections and services will be solved with the help of Hundred Pics Support Department.


Hundred Pics provides you with opportunity to compare your spreads layout with done album design in order you can determine what was made or not made. For that purpose, just switch to the spreads window (you can find its icons in the left side of the page).


In such a way, you can check what technical task you provided us with: photos layout on each spread and comments to it. To turn back to album design view, just click on any of the spreads situated at the bottom of the page.
